Along with my pre-made builds, I offer customized PCs at no extra charge. I offer one-on-one discussions and planning to make a PC that suits your budget, needs, and wants.
Support
If you happen to run into any issues regarding a PC received from PCs by Rob, I will personally assist you in finding a solution. I offer over-the-phone assistance, as well as in person if possible.
If you have an issue, I will make it right.
Warranties
Due to all of the parts being brand new, I offer a 30-day parts and labor warranty at no extra charge for all parts and components. Along with this, if any vendor has a warranty on the parts you receive from me, I will transfer those warranties to you as well.
